New Online Service Portal

As part of our commitment to customer support and service, RMC is excited to announce that we now have an online service portal! By visiting the contact page on our newly redesigned website, you can register your account or request a service call.

If you have not registered your account for online service requests, please do so by clicking here. Once you have an account set-up, you as the customer will be able to submit a service request form and view information on all your past service calls. When you submit a customer service request form, our service team is notified immediately. With our in-house team of manufacturer-trained technicians, parts inventory and a fleet of service trucks, we aim to provide our customers with some of the quickest turn-around times.

We believe our RMC Direct Service is a great value due in large part to our personal dedication, our considerable in-house parts inventory, our expertly trained technicians, and our competitive cost. We are constantly looking for ways to improve upon our customer service and we are thrilled about this new upgrade.
